I know several people who went here and they are doing fine right now. It doesn't matter where you espically in this economy, this is a great school with a great reputation to it.
i been looking a lot into this school i really like it but i heard all the student do is drink all the time. if im not the type of person who like to party and get wasted every single night am i gonna fit in here?
im a junior in high school right now..and this has been my dream college for a couple years..i have been cooking since i was 7 and i want to become the head pastry chef on a 5-star cruise line. i love paying attention to the smallest details possible. i cant wait wait for fall 2010, hopefully i will be there at that time! :)
I just finished the culinary program at the Charlotte Campus.. I did things i would have never been able to do at a small culinary collge.. I worked with some of the best chefs in the country, and even had a chance to meet Thomas Keller. The school is what you make of it. I'm planning on returning in the fall to start my Bachelors program.
i went to jwu in providence the school fucking sucks thats why the offical logo for students is "if all else fails go to johnson and wales" the school is so expensive and ppl laugh at u bc its sucha piece of shit i left after my freshmen yr and litteraly more than half of the kids in my year transferred. the school only has a 39% return rate after freshman yr
What program were you in? They seem to have a fantastic culinary arts and baking & pastry arts program, as well as business management - we visited the Charlotte campus and thought it was great. Please share some details.
like i had said before i was at the providence campus which is the main and largest campus, every student is just miserable and most students go there because they didnt get in anywhere else i was a marketing major so i was in there school of business and it was jsut so boring and not fun from february to may i would take the bus home EVERY weekend from providence to NY bc i hated being there the school is soo ove priced for what its actually worth seriously do not go every1 regrets going there
sounds like u dont know what ur talking about, i transferred to a much better school and i never come home and im so much happier, im sorry that u arent smart enough to get into a better school so u try to make as much as u can from a shitty school...like i said the retention rate at jwu is 37% enough said and the fampus slogan is "if all else fails theres johnson and wales"
Yeah, I'm sure you did transfer to a much better school, probably some "technical college" for a certificate in life skills. You talk about how boring J&W was; that's how children talk. I'm glad you found a college where you don't need to apply yourself to stay within GPA requirements.
Besides, you're obviously talking out your ass because the retention rate at JWU Providence is 71% as per the campuscorner website.
Funny how you talk about smart, and can't get a single statistic correct.

Sounds like you weren't ready for college, my friend. I'm getting ready to take on the Honors Business program head-on.
