  • Your a fucking moron global warming is fake and you are bald and chubby and pretty much fugly

  • Fact: Global warming can be scientifically proven to be impossible.

I can prove it myself for anyone who dares to challenge me.

  • fact: global warming is a theory.

  • This is so factually inaccurate. Its amazing to accuse people of not understanding the science, but when you do you create this assumption that YOU do. Clearly you do not. Let me throw this out there: Of all of the greenhouse gases, CO2 contributes only 3.6 percent to the total greenhouse effect. Of that 3.6 percent, only 3.2 percent is man-derived. Thus, only 0.12 percent of the total greenhouse effect is attributable to man-made CO2.

Guess what the biggest GHG is! Its water vapor!

  • Now it seems that the only way to get the climate change agenda rolling was to lie about it every step of the way...and now it has been admitted that there has been no warming since 1995...that is scientific fact..lol

  • Global Warming is a total Scam!

  • Let me guess, it's because alex jones said so, right?

  • Alex Jones no because 31 thousand scientists disagree and Because Al Gores movie was proved full of factual errors and the scientists that the United Nations like Philip Jones perpertrated fraud but you are more qullified to know betterright ?

  • Well, I am freezing my ass off right now. That's a fact!!

  • Another climate gate nail in the AGW confine!

    watch?v=kNVEH6j3fZE&feature=sub

  • @HowToChangeTheWorld

    "watch?v=kNVEH6j3fZE&feature=sub"

This used to work but not any more. Try it for yourself.

Better way is to post the title then let the other youtube watchers google.

  • Thanks for being willing to educate others about global warming and/or climate change. I found your video very informative. :-)

For those who negate the importance or validity of this info and therefore think we're fine environmentally, I recommend your video: "Environmentalism: Why the naysayers are wrong." It points out so well that completely aside from global warming/climate change, what a serious mess our planet is in, and how important it is that we all do our part to turn things around.

  • Worst case scenario I botched the actual phase of the water suspended in the air to be considered for the equations, inwhich case the error margin caused by leaving humidity out is a sheepish 400%

  • So by using temperatures alone as an indicator of the heat budget you are creating an aritficial error margin of

%500000 (The difference in heat between dry air and saturated air at the same temperature).

    L2Thermodynamics.

  • Thus for example if its 20 degrees out with absolutely no humidity (an improbable scenario but bear with me) 1 kilogram of air (specific heat of 1kj/kg) contains roughly 1 kilojoule of heat.

At 20 degrees 1 kilogram of air at 100% humidity contains roughly 0.2 kilograms of water vapor which contains 0.2*2500 or 500 kilojoules of energy.

Thus at 20 celcius the air containing 100% relative humidity has roughly 500 times as much heat as the air with 0% relative humidity.

  • I would have to write an entire text book to point out every single scientific fact you've botched

P.S. Cloud convection is the primary heat regulation process in the atmosphere, since water can exist in all 3 phases in the atmosphere and has a specific heat capacity when in the form of humidity roughly 3000 times that of carbon dioxide gas. (and exists in greater quantity). Thus leaving out humidity when talking about an increase in the heat budget is a major thermodynamics fail.

  • they dont call it "Global Warming" anymore. they like to call it "climate change" because global temperatures arent increasing, theyre plateauing

  • IMO, gold has no place in a monetary policy, as it only restricts trade and has no real correlation to anyones income generating potential. Labor is the real gold. Labor built the great pyramids, not gold. Gold is merely a commodity like oil, copper or grain.

  • The author of this thread is deleting comments he doesn't like. He's a liberal arrogant elitist who treats things like global warming as religion. Sorry, but the fundamentalists, Republicans, and all the other groups you call ridiculous, were right on this one! Ben Stein's Expelled movie shows how information on evolution is rigged and how money enters the process.

  • Ben Stein is an actor, financial adviser and a political writer. He really has no business even making a movie like "Expelled" because, at best, he's merely giving his jaded opinion and finds jaded people to back him up. He's not a scientist and, therefore, is unqualified to be dishing out advice on science related topics. Global warming isn't a religion.. noone is trying to replace your silly god. It's simple. Be mindful of the planet and what it's telling us, otherwise, you will have no home.

  • Ben Stein shouldn't even be a financial adviser. I remember him on Fox News just before the housing market fell. He was telling everyone that things were fine and name calling the other guest who was pointing out the obvious.

  • I deleted one comment, yep. "He's a liberal arrogant elitist who treats... global warming as a religion." An OBVIOUS sign that you have nothing substantial whatsoever to add to the discussion; so instead, you resort to personal attacks. Whoop-dee-doo; on YouTube? Say it ain't so!! BTW, "Expelled" is laughable and has been thoroughly debunked by many books, sites and documentaries. See, I watched expelled cause I keep an open mind; but I ALSO checked out the OTHER SIDE of the debate.

  • And that's where people like yourself fail; you're only willing to listen to one side of the debate. I've read Dawkins, sure, but I've also read Behe and other proponents of I.D. I saw "Expelled," but I also watched other documentaries that were pro-evolution. It's called objectivity. Because, sadly, a few years ago, I was one of those folks who was unsure about evolution; but I tried my best to understand it, read a thousand books pro and con, and found that the science was undeniable.

  • BTW, I could just reverse your personal attacks and say exactly the same thing about you. You're a creationist, conspiracy theorist, wacktard who wouldn't know Science if it walked up and kicked you in the crotch. We're all something; we all fit into one category or another (especially in the eyes of others.) So what? What if I am a liberal? What on earth does any of that have to do with speciation, genetic drift, natural selection, paleontological evidence????

  • Some of the environmentalists who for so long fought against big business and financial fraud....the said thing is, their own movement has been hijacked by those very same forces, but they are too blind to see it, in my opinion. The very thing they fought against for years now controls their movement. An atheist and creationist can look at the same evidence and come up with different conclusions due to their world view, which, let's face it, affects their conclusions. No one is not biased

  • I wouldn't deny that a good portion of the "movement," as you call it, has been "hi-jacked" by corporate interests. When DOESN'T that happen? But there's an obvious flaw in what you're saying here. So what? Even if the "movement" has been hi-jacked, that's besides the point; the point being the science behind the cause. It's not the movement that's important. What is important is, "do the facts support the conclusion that the climate is heating up because of human activity?"

  • I'm not blind to the "Al Gore's" of the movement; there will ALWAYS be opportunism; that's the "spirit" of America. I could say the same thing about religion. Christianity has been "hi-jacked" by opportunistic preachers who are looking to get rich by selling "miracles" and "hope." No doubt that has happened, but so? Does that alone invalidate the claims of Christianity? No. Whether some pastors are greedy bastards or not has nothing to do with the facts. That's all I'm saying.

  • I also want to remind you that Science does not have a political agenda. It's not there to pat a specific belief's back. It gives us the facts from what we can gather by studying and researching the world around us without any bias and without caring what we BELIEVE. Sometimes that means it will upset our originally ideas. But that's what GROWTH is. It's not something to be afraid of or against. It's a good thing! The more we know, the more we can DO.

  • Original* sorry.. i can't stand typo's.

  • I would just completely DISAGREE that science doesn't have a political agenda. Politics, money, in the form of grants and other ways, somehow gets involved, particularily in the peer review process. Look how much Al Gore's corporations stand to benefit from the global warming hoax. In Ben Stein's movie "Expelled", I saw the way informatin about evolution is handled and how the peer review process for that is also rigged.

  • Science is in no way political. The people may be and that's where misuse and misinformation may come.. (Ben Stein being prime example number 1). But Science's goal isn't to turn you into a democrat, a liberal, a republican, a conservative, etc... that isn't what it's there for. Science simply gives us the facts. People take it from there.

  • If science is able to rig the peer review process to disallow newer information, then it becomes untrustworthy. Simply playing off people as illiterate with this global warming won't work, since there are Princeton professors, former IPCC members, and people with very high degrees who have disputed globla warming.

  • I'm deleting your comment on account of it's stupidity. Please get an education. Have a nice day.

  • I do believe that water vapor rising off vegetation, soil, and the oceans (hydrologic cycle) REMAINS the leading greenhouse gas, by volume and overall impact. As for MAN MADE greenhouse gases, CO2 is the leader, however, its is a negligible constituent compared to water.

  • That sounds interesting, I'll have to look it up. But if that's the case, if water vapor is the most voluminous greenhouse gas; what could be done about it? Anything? Or should/would anything need to be done?

  • Anyone heard of the theory of gravity, or electromagnetism?? Gravity is not a fact; its a well tested theory. Theories can and do evolve in line with our understanding of them. I submit that all knowledge is theory, since humans are not the ULTIMATE OBSERVER, and our vantage point is limited, even with advanced technologies like atom smashers and the Hubble telescope.

  • Good point. Everything is a matter of theory, at core. Even my very own existence. If I were to indulge in the tedious logic of existentialism; I could say that my existence is not a fact. After all, I could be a "brain-in-a-vat," like the Matrix. Maybe this is all a dream, a hallucination. The "facts" of science are relative to our experience and perception; and they work, practically. But it's impossible to say what the thing-in-itself is; we can't get beyond our own perceptions.

  • lol

I almost forgot that we are talking about a country full of creationists

    like your videos man

  • Thanks :)

  • Your words, "Well established THEORY" lol. Not fact. Thanx for making my point. Man made global warming is a hoax. Sorry you wasted the last 20 years of your life.

  • Do you know what theory means? Do you really think that the word "theory" means the same to scientists as it does to you and I? Well that is where you are WRONG. The term "theory," in the Scientific community, does NOT mean "best guess" or "this is what we think." Theories are a COLLECTION OF FACTS THAT ARE PUT INTO CONTEXT AND EXPLAINED. Theories EXPLAIN facts! Nice try, but do you know how many times I've heard this tired, pathetic, useless argument that it's "just a theory?"

  • Go look up the actual definition of a "Scientific Theory." Then re-read your comment, realize how dumb you are, and feel ashamed.... feel very ashamed. LOL. "theory (a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world; an organized system of accepted knowledge that applies in a variety of circumstances to explain a specific set of phenomena) "theories can incorporate facts and laws and tested hypotheses"; "true in fact and theory"

  • Don't start a lecture by talking down to people. You are very bright. Much smarter than I. Aspargers syndrome.

  • Hi sixchip :)

A lot of people with Asperger's are extremely intelligent. Their major difficulty is in reading others' social cues. Please do not put yourself down, ok?

The books will say one thing or another..in actual fact nobody knows what it is, it's all theories. My own thoughts on the subject are that it's simply a different type of personality, which is becoming more prevalent because of an evolutionary shift.

Einstein had Asperger's, many great minds had and do.

  • I share your burden my friend. I have Aspergers. Trust me, it took a lot of practice for me to become as dull as I am in my videos! I am NOT a good speaker.

  • But you're probably right, I shouldn't begin the video with insulting an entire demographic. I just get a bit irritated with people who e-mail me telling me that I'm a "brainwashed sheep" for excepting man-made climate change. Thanks though :)

  • 5/5

It wasn't your intention but I laughed the whole way through!! :DD

It's true that Americans generally have the worst education and are more concerned with "entertainment" than knowledge. The two are not mutually exclusive.

I'm gonna take a wild stab here and guess you're an INFJ on the Myer/Briggs which puts you in 1-2% of the population. Most people will not understand you nor do they want to.

    Excellent video.

  • Hey, thanks :) LOL, I'm glad you found it both entertaining and ... educational, heh.
