if you want to see your abs you need a diet, like cutting out on all the sodas and beer and things like that...situps and crunchs do not burn fat so you wont be able to see them on them alone
I do 600 Abs every day, but can't feel them the next day... I wonder if this will have any effect on me? Are there any suggestions you guys can give me?
Used to do 1K / day and it wasnt my max. But it was a wasting of time. I didnt have much time for arms and chest. Now I have problems to do just like 200 and my abs look better now that I started to work out whole body. But if you really want to keep working out with that, buy a bench, it enables you to go deeper and it brings a new improvement. If you already do 600 abs on a bench, then it really is time to stop I guess.

For swimming practice, when we did the bicycle crunches, we looked back instead of up, you feel the burn sooner that way. Just a thought.
