Joshua Tree: the art oasis in California desert

I found this video on a blog, "Homestead is where the art is" The title to this states that the video is in Japanese. Judging by the characters in the beginning and what i know about Japanese, i would have to say that this is probably Chinese. Just thought i would clarify that. other than that i think that it is awesome that people from halfway around the world are interested in our area.
