  • is Bixler a cop?

  • BTW you guys are great.

  • I love this video maybe because I have a F4F Wildcat and I love it.

  • When I throw my plane it rotated right like yours any ideas?

  • Comment removed

  • @ilikchez It might be the tork off the engine pulling it around

  • Hey, guys, love your videos, please tell me what you use to to get the wonderful air-to-air shots!

    Best

    tac in yUK

  • for som reson mine is not flying right and is not gliding in for a landingz

  • @andresdarquea111

You should be able to but remember, its a tough transition. I would go with the T-28 just to be safe. Don't want to crash on the maiden flight

  • Should I get bind and fly or plug and paly? I donot use 2.4 ghz and I have many batterys and stuff. Do the plug and play come with servos?

  • @Master22RC Plug "n" play comes with everything but the battery and Tx/Rx

  • Hi. I've flown a ultra micro f4u corsair. Would i be able to fly this plane?

  • get the zippy 2200mah 3 cell.

  • @37123321abc continued-

it is also a great glider. it can thermal soar, with a fifteen second full power climb giving a fifteen minute flight gliding around using thermals to stay up in the air. people say that the motor magnets aren't attached strongly enough, and sometimes come out, but do not change the motor, as the stock motor has the perfect mix of oomph and efficiency. you can get half hour flights cruising around at two thirds throttle, or go FAST. new motor is $7,so just get a spare.

  • @RCllamadude wat battery should i get?

  • The plastic piece by the motor breaks when landing. Tape ur wings because landing on the fuselages chips it and the wings. Its smooth in the air but a bitch to land without damaging. This plane is for experienced rc pilots. Plane needs reenforcement to keep it together. I broke my plane in 1 day do to inexperience of belly landing. P51 is better do to the propeller doesn't have a plastic cowl. Tape the fuselage and wings please. Peace

  • You CANNOT fly this plane...:DD

  • B+C=p haha, i made a person wearing a baseball cap

  • to be 800 mph short of the sound barrier you would need a velocity of -80 mph which is impossible.even going backwards at 80mph your velocity would still be 80 mph, not -80 mph. so you were WRONG =P

  • @RCllamadude -.-

  • @MrLinuxGamer don't -.- physics, or i will squirrel you

  • I just got my BNF today, and got in a flew flights-it's awesome! I mostly flew at around 20 feet as it was cloudy, because I didn't want to lose it, but it's awesome!!

Btw, I used to think that you guys were hobbyking stooges, but now with the champ vid, I'm starting to think a bit more of you. Good job! I like all your videos

Maybe try something like "$100" trainer or something

  • I flew it today. It was my maiden flight with a RC-Plane ever. It survived two flights. It's like out of the box. Thanks to my simulator.hours :)

    Regards

  • @flitetest can u guys teach more about wingloading?

  • do more parkzone reviews!

  • nice!

  • I listen to the intro to feel the bass in my subs :)

  • This is a great RC combat plane, tie a 25 foot streamer to it and dogfight. We have started a parkzone class, any parkzone fighter. Plus at 119.00 this one will not break the bank in midairs....

  • Josh bixler is an asshole to Josh scott

  • Did you ever review the eflite f-86?

  • awwww poor little Josh never gets to fly :( is he really a noob or just playing dumb?

  • looking to getting another parkzone airplane because of flying 4ch's for several months. maybe the Parkzone Stryker C or Parkzone mustang

  • I heard the Parkzone Wildcat is a little under powerd with the stock motor. i recommend the Eflite power 10 brushless motor.

  • so when you say intermediate do would it be possible to get this after a super cub lp p.s. I have ailerons on mine

  • @jnrocks1 definitely.

  • Can you Guys Do More Reviews on Parkzone Prouducts

  • Did you say "incredibly long and rigid"?

    HAHAHAHAAHA

  • @poikilotherm1 thats what she said

  • this could be on tv, i would watch every time it was on lol

  • I like the little retarded fellow. I'm glad they let them out to play these days.

  • Nicely done guys. :)

  • hey what would you say the skill level on this is?im pretty new to rc planes but i have an ultra micro mustang and ultra micro corsair and can handle both pretty well.Im looking to go a little bigger do you think this is a good plane for me?

  • think you need to point the camera more at the plane and not on them two!

  • let the other guy fly

  • DO you know how i could do the same as you? Obviously not as big but i was wondering how to get started

  • What plane should you buy if you want a durable, fast, and good at looping and tricks?

  • @37123321abc - try the Edge 540

  • @37123321abc depends. have you flown before?

  • @RCllamadude yeah, but not really a professional. need something sorta cheap

  • @37123321abc well then, if you are looking for a cheap belly lander warbird, look up "hobbyking at6" on google." click the first non-sponsored link. should take you to the at6 from hobbyking. WAY cheaper than the f-4, more durable, relatively easy to fly. ships from u.s., pnf version of f4 is 119.99, pnf version of this is 59.99, only downside to this is that it torque rolls a bit more than the f4, but not bad. just be ready with some right aileron.

  • @RCllamadude how much would the tx & rx transmitter cost, and how much does the lipo battery cost, and will it matter if i change the lipo to something with a bigger voltage?

  • @37123321abc get the cheap $23 2.4ghz transmitter from hobbyking. it is fine for this plane. the battery will be around $10. so total you have like 90 bucks for an rtf plane. shipping will probably add another 30, but you are still getting a rtf plane for the price of the pnf f4f. also this is much more durable for belly landings.

  • @RCllamadude also, is there any kind of plane camera, that can take videos?

sorta like Air hogs "Hawk eye" thingy. And will this plane get damaged over time with belly landings?; maybe i should try to cover/protect the belly with something....Thx

  • @37123321abc the at6 will only be damaged by belly landings if you land on asphalt or dirt or something like that. in theory you could add wheels. for the camera, we once again return to that great chinese oracle of cheapness: hobbyking. go on hobbyking and look in the sidebar (left) for fpv/telemetry. then click on fpv in the menu that opens when you click on it, and scroll through the cameras and stuff until you see the "turnigy keychain camera" this is$6 w/o sd card or $12 with.

  • @RCllamadude i just need to know which transmitter i should get, there are 4 of them. 6ch or 4ch. And which would be easier to fly with, mode 1 or mode 2. oh yeah, some of the tx &rx's are out of stock, should i buy somewhere else? Thx.

  • @37123321abc get mode 2. it is more common, so in future you will have an easier time getting used to a plane if it comes with a transmitter. also, the mode 2 version is usually cheaper, due to high demand. as for the radio, do NOT get the 6 channel as it is confusing and needs to be plugged into a computer with the now extinct windows xp (not vista or 7) in order to change ANYTHING, including servo reversing. get the 4ch, which is tenth up from the bottom if you organize by price.

  • @RCllamadude do i need a charger for the lipo, or will it come with?

  • @37123321abc you need a charger. if you click in the sidebar on hobbyking under "chargers and accessories" then click "chargers" the second one from the top should be a 2s/3s charger for 5 bucks.

  • @RCllamadude oh yeah, will the plane get damaged if i land it on its belly?

  • @37123321abc man, maybe is should start to charge you for all this time spent as your consultant... just kidding. happy to help

  • nice! what a beautiful plane!

  • Do you get planes to review or do you have to buy them?

  • @SuperPianowizard Mostly companies send them. We buy some too.

  • @flitetest

Ever thought about shooting a .... pilot...... for a talk show or something similar on tv about RC? To the best of my knowledge and Verizon 1000+ channel browsing skills, I have yet to see one.

  • Do you get the planes given to you from hobbyking to test?

  • Guys I feel sorry for Josh (not the pilot) - he never gets to play with the toys...what's up with that ? :-s

  • @flitetest I have this plane, and whenever I give rudder input, it mushes through the air into the ground. Do you know what the problem is?

  • Baldy Josh has moobs!

  • Well Josh and Josh, You guys have it together when it comes to producing these videos. Well said and well put together. I was wondering if you guys would show us the stalling characteristics of the planes that you review? Let`s face it, we all stall just about every air frame that we try to fly. (notice I said try, Shorter Josh heheheh) I think that would be important ,when choosing different planes. Thanks for the gr8 work .I am looking forward to many videos in the future....Lew

  • i love your intro

  • This is my fav warbird. I like it even more than my p47 which is a bit large for my flying area.

  • Great job on the this and all your videos, look forward to seeing more of them. I have this plane and it is a great flier. I personally have problems launching it simply because of the width of the fuselage and having small hands (I have good friends though). I have a Parkzone P-51 that I hand launch with no problems and a TwinStar that will belly slide taxi out and take-off with no problems.

  • Hey.......great video! first one of yours i have seen! cheers Rob

  • Just found you guys while i was looking for some online feedback on the Durafly Spitfire, im very hesitant about buying anything that isnt from Parkzone, so I was really looking for input and found your review to be the tipping point, it was between the F4F or the Spitfire, but I really wanted a Euro Theater to go with my PZ BF109, so thanks for the reviews.

Also I love how you guys have shots from a trail plane, its something new from every youtube reviewer who just has a friend next to em.

  • "So I can fly this plane!" "No you cannot fly this plane" haha that was great

  • This was a great video! I really enjoyed the particular aspects geared to both the experienced modeler and the beginner alike. Most importantly were the regards to safety. I've had my share of cut fingers from being foolish. Many people don't realize how dangerous model aircraft can be when not handled safely. I loved the straight-forward break down of the model as well as those awesome air-to-air shots. Good work!

  • so what would a good begginer plane be because i am in the same spot as josh. Im 16 and looking to start flying but have no idea what to do and how to do it. If you could reply i'd appreciate it a lot

    thanks

  • this channel is WAY too safety focused. loosen up a little wont ya!!?

  • can u put landing gear on this plane?

  • Great production and quality videos! Lol!

  • Very well made flight test and reviews! You guys are great!

  • Hey let Joshua do some proper flying or at least let's see him launch a plane

  • Ohhhh man.. you have a whole krew! Wicked vids guys.. time for me to study your moves.. mwuahahaha

  • awesome video's

  • is this easier to fly or the t28d brushless? im looking to buy my first 4 channel, after mastering all the 3 channel planes, i want something new. Ive heard that the original t28(not brushless) was a great step up. im thinking between this or the t28d, but this looks so much cooler :). i already have a dx5e and many hours of 4 channel heli experience. so what do you recommend?

P.S you guys are great at being the Top Gear of the rc world. Subbed. :)

  • @SpartanDara117 I personally like the F4F. It flies soooo nice! The T-28 flies nice too, it's just different. Plus the F4F is a belly lander. That makes it easy to land in taller grass... more of a cushon ;)

  • @flitetest ok thanks a lot.

  • @SpartanDara117 the original t-28 by PZ was brushless

  • Killer! This Vid made my day. SUBSCRIBED!

  • should i get this or the mustang?

  • shold i get this or the mustang?

  • I've got that plane. It's awesome but I crashed it on the maiden flight because the servos were reversed and I didn't do a pre-flight check (dumb mistake).

  • Sweet production value, just found you guys. Maybe you'll be the Top Gear of the RC airplane world!

  • @Ispintechno1 We hope so!

  • Thx a lot guys

Really good designed videos...Really good stuff

    Please continue....

    Cheers

  • Poor noob Josh, get noob Josh a sim like the new RealFlight G5.5 to practice and he can do a review, a win-win situation :-)

  • Awesome video guys..really liked the editing..keep it up and all the best...subscribed :)

  • Nice job "Friend"

More fun than repairing a copier:-)

  • Nice job "Friend"

More fun than repairing a copier:-)

  • I love your reviews!! one quick question though. i have a dx5e and have flown 3 channel planes and and 4 channel helicopters. the parkzone t 28 trojan was recommended to be a great first 4 cannel, so is the same true with this?

  • Very nice work!

    Keep going strong!

  • ok subscribed :P

  • Thanks guys!

Nice camera - which one is it?

    Keep on !

  • Good show guys....and yes, its a perfect 2nd plane.......I love my wildcat :)

  • Haha, he said "Long and rigid." Seriously though, very nicely done fellas. Great camera work. Maybe include a little more of the specs for the next one though.

  • Great video guys, the onboard stuff was very cool !

  • I don't know much about this kind of stuff...but I could watch these two guys all day. Great video and now I know more than I did....about this kind of stuff.

  • Great video, I very much enjoyed the more dynamic feel as opposed to the traditional stand rigid behind the model and recite the stats on the box! As a newbie I can't wait for more. I've subscribed, keep 'em coming!

  • Great video, very well done. Looking forward to more of these.

  • Thanks for responding guys. We really appreciate your input and we're very excited to keep moving forward! This saturday, we are shooting our next few episodes. We'll be covering the new Spektrum DX-8 radio, the E-flite Taylorcraft, and also LiPo batteries. Stay tuned for these new episodes to be posted and keep the comments coming!

  • Top video boys and looking forward to more like this, all though i have to comment on the point you made saying that this is one of the first times they have put a full range RX into a plane this size, all my ParkZone BNF planes have that very same RX in them (AR 500) plus why didn't you show your mate what you should do before launch?? like check all the control throws are moving in the right direction lol,but it's got to be said what a professional video and LOL at 7.14 = thumbs up.

  • Great video quality and content this show is gonna rock. Looking forward to more.. 1:22 lmao,it is the truth though.

  • lol
