Not to bust on you but Eric Clapton wrote this song for JJ Cale. Eric decided to sing it on one of his tours and the rest is history.. Oh and i played with JJ in phila. in the Eighty's..lol Very nice job by the way!!!

They cut it out, he wrote a small speech before they played this song about how Clapton did NOT sing this to encourage drugs, and that this song is anti-drug, etc, etc. That was probably a reason that he was allowed to play.

First soloist, you might want to pursue more fitting licks and style for the song. Just keep working on technique and feel.

Second soloist, Good singing. Just keep working on those chops, I don't doubt that you can pull of good stuff. It's ok, but once again sound, and feel. Those things will come with practice for sure.
