Hey man I love all your videos but can you help me out I dont know what to do because my whey protein powder has 2grams of saturated fat in it so im not sure to use it or not.
I don't have a conventional or convection oven but I have a toaster oven. Would the meat cook properly in those oven, should there be any temperature change, since the toaster oven is much smaller in size?
Just a tip, when adding dry spices to egg white, it is better to mix the spices in 2 tablespoons or so of water and adding the paste to the egg white. Then you spices won't clump up in the egg :)

Hello, i have bought a exercise bike recently and changed my diet completely, same as what i drink. only drink water now...
If i want to lose 7-10 Kilos, how many calories a day do i have to burn on the exercise bike to lose that? And how long would it take ?
At the moment i burn 500-1500 calories a day. Today i burned 1400.
