This brings back the old times. I love it. We were one of the first to get a B&W 12" tv. then Color came out. We had to wait for that. Too much money then. 900.00 I think.
The filaments of the tubes were connected in series and feed with the mains voltage. When using a transformer, the 6.3V output was applied to the filaments in parallel.

525 lines with 30 frames, interlaced. Videobandwith was appr. 4 MHz.

ahh yes, the ole emerson 610....nice little set..i wonder if it was a series set or transformer...
i'll have to get out my old sam's schematic to see..
