  • Enlighten the unknowing... What is this? Is it a short, or a trailer? Is it an excerpt from Watchmen? I like the writing, the tone, the mood...

  • man this movie's gt everything, great script, actors and CGI

  • I read Watchman when I was nine, and have never been able to see what the huge draw is. I saw the ending (that the Comedian was Silk's father, not the random space monster part, but I did know Adrian was at the heart of it) from a mile away and I was a preteen for Christ sake.

The only panels that are worth a damn are Dr. Manhattan's. He's amazing, his outlook, his demeanor, his powers, everything, but he's not even in a third of the book. Overrated.

"I'm tired of looking at dead things."

  • "perhaps the world is not made. perhaps nothing is made..a world without a craftsman" these words do something to me

  • Crack of Dawn

  • I would be able to take Dr. Manhattan much more seriously if he had some goddamn pants on.

  • We change every 3 years we are not the same as we were yester year.

  • Oh Dr.Manhattan...how many of us human Earth beings share your perception and your sense of apathy...

  • Pruit Igoe and Propechies

  • wats that song that starts at 1:24??

  • @tortex4481 We don't know :( A couple people who've commented below (and myself) haven't been able to find it.

  • @Weirdohkjsfd aww man hah its pro <33

  • @tortex4481 I think it's called "It was me" in the soundtrack. but this sounds slightly different than that score.

  • @Thecarguy1991 thanks

  • Even as I lie I wonder why I feel the need to.

  • I love this quote.. I too am tired of earth. These people. I am also tired of being caught in the tangle if their lives. It's too late.. Always has been... Always will be... Too.... Late

  • Simplemente...Dr Manhattan!

  • there are no words. This is POWERFUL.

  • Why the music in this video is not included in the album "Watchmen: Original Motion Picture Score"? Where can I find it?

  • @atadjafari It is called Pruit Igoe & Prophecies by Phillip Glass. He's right there with Hans Zimmer IMO.

  • @atadjafari

dude, i was looking for the same thing. iv tryed googling everything...nothing

  • @lovetownsend Same. It's terrible T_T

  • if your depressed, this scene really hits the spot.

someone should upload the entire clip

  • Wat do u mean these ppl?!?!

  • @xXnateD614Xx The people of Earth. He had pretty much become a 'god' in some form, so he feels detached from humanity. His immortality, non-linear perception of time and ability to control (sub)atomic particles means that he can view a generation of people as, say, a passing wave in an ocean, insignificant in the grand scale of the universe.

(I have a feeling you weren't asking a serious question, but whatever.)

  • @lmc100 The non-linear perception of time means that someone being alive or dead is just a matter of which moments of time he chooses to perceive. So is it any wonder that he doesn't seem to care very much if people live or die? This movie was such a thought provoker! It was so much more than a run of the well superhero tale.

  • the first part of the song sounded like the organ in koyaanisqatsi...

  • @RakshaTheDaemon No, it doesn't sound like, it IS the same. However, it's not the same recording.

  • that music is godly

  • sometimes I wonder how is it like to be him !!!!!!!!!!

  • I feel fear, for the last time.

  • best superhero movie imo. And Dark Knight of course

  • best part of the movie....Amazing persona.

  • incedible script, what a powerful quote too...

  • Amazing writing, an advanced being

  • I dunno. Laurie was amazing but Janey was better.

  • @theQuestion626 I agree. The woman who played Janey was hotter in my opinion.

  • Great quality, and amazing scene. So unlike anything we see in superhero films, such an amazing film.

  • @Slide2671 It's not a superhero movie,It's a fictionalized telling of the Illuminati agenda.Alan Moore(the director) is a former Freemason.

  • @awesomestation3 Not the director but the guy who made the Comic Book of what this is based on.

  • @Slide2671 you should give the graphic novel a try.it's a really good book.zach snyder was really good about translating the book on film. :D

  • @LADjsim Read the graphic novel, over and over again. Its amazing.
