yeah I tried it out after the nerf and I still like it. You can definitely tell that its auto aim and hip fire aren't as good, but the gun is still good. If you used the famas religiously before the nerf, you will adapt quickly to the change.
@banditjr770 They lied about the nerf btw, the nerf is so unnoticeable, it's not even funny, the only thing that has been changed is the recoil (ever so slightly more), and the ADS time (which you can prove by taking footage from pre-patch and comparing with post-patch and seeing that it has been changed by about 500 milliseconds or so). Still the best gun in the game, because it's firerate and hipfire just simply outguns everything else

The AUG and FAMAS are pretty much the exact same gun. The fire rate and damage are exactly the same. The only difference is the recoil pattern - the FAMAS has a bias towards drifting the the right whereas the AUG has a more random pattern with no bias in any particular direction.
Ive got about 19000 kills with the AUG and 9000 with the FAMAS, I prefer the AUG just because of the way it looks but in terms of performance they are pretty much the same.
alright, one thing that treyarch needs to learn is to not just nerf weapons. they need to buff some. the smgs need a serious buff! so do the shotguns! let up on the OP guns and make other guns stonger to meet the standards! godam...

The process doesn't repeat, because there isn't really a gun that was as OP as the Famas. The AUG maybe, but based on my experience, that gun had insane recoil.

I can't use the Famas right anyway so I don't think it will hurt me if I see the difference. This will hurt the Pro players because it gives them less time to adjust for the next MLG event with cash money hanging in the balance, when the famas is nerfed.

Think is funny how WoR thinks hes smart by talking about how Famas's rate of fire is being decreased. The RPM will still be the same, only difference is that the recoil will be harder to control at longer ranges, meaning you wont be able to shoot as fast at longer ranges as before . Stop acting smart, your confusing people!

WoR is saying that the Famas recoil will be harder to control and you'll be forced to burst-fire more frequently at longer ranges. Hes says this lowers the guns rate of fire, which is wrong and can be confusing to some people.
