my first time was 24 years ago. been there at least once a year ever since. i absolutely love it and would be content making it my only vacation spot....unfortunately my wife does not agree lol. she loves it but likes variety.
yeah, holden is a special place!...my channel icon is a photo of me that was taken on holden beach in the early 1990's...i still get a peaceful feeling, remembering the cool march mornings, when i would sit on the deck, drinking tea, while watching the pelicans...
I lived on Holden Beach in the mid 1990's. Wonderful place. That pier was a prime swimming point for me,till one day they caught a 14 foot Mako off of it. I didn't go in past my knees after that....
holden beach is a beautiful place. i'm not sure, but i think that pier in this video was the one which got about half of it wiped out by hurricane 4 or 5 years ago.
sweet! i was there! that huge fishing pier that there's always people fishing off of, even into the late hours of the night. with the ice cream shop right next to it. good times! nice videography with the sunset and the birds.
Just got back from here this is my favorite beach cuz there's never tht many people there

just got back from pier i live on other side of the inlet bout mile from the pier but last couple years fishing SUCKS!!!! not a bite today
