No you don't. Labour credits are like work points awared according to contribution. They represent labour. Thus, if a doctor works for four hours he will simply receive, say, 40 work credits. The same with pensions, you simply award people a certain age a given amount of points. There is no need to deduct these from other workers. Also, police and defence? No thank you.
