Fantastic stuff - very well put together. You should have added the original ending though where Rimmer manages to get the code back through the mirror dimention
The music's way too loud man. it's drouning out the dialogue. It's a shame because your editing is generally good. If you've still got the project file, have another go. Nice work though.
Thanks for your comment. Which parts are hard to hear? I'll try and correct it. It's hard to judge the sound through my speakers on my laptop, I should try and get some better speakers for it =)
Yeah, well headphones are usually just as good, too. It's not that it's exactly hard to hear, it's just that the music and dialogue seem to be at about the same level and are competing for dominance somewhat. The music should be much lower. For the dialogue to be heard at a reasonable level, the music seems to overpowering.
I didn't want the music to be in the background, I wanted it to be quite dominant. The idea for my video was to make it a "Previously on Red Dwarf..." montage that a lot of TV shows have (such as LOST), and they are usually shown to quite dominant music. As long as the dialogue can be heard I'm not going to change my video because it will be alot of messing around, but if there are any parts that are particularly difficult to hear then I will.
Thanks for your advice though, much appreciated =D
Even shows like lost don't have music like this, and the dialogue is not clear. It can depend on the mics used to record sound how loud the music is. I know what you're getting at, but you just can't hear anything.
I have received confirmation that Red Dwarf will be coming back in 2011 with theoriginal cast

Wow. That was amamzing.
Only problem I have is that the music is too loud at sometimes to hear the speech. But I've watched it so many times before I know the lines anway xD
PS: Wow.

How did you get those clips in HD?

They're not HD clips, I just saved my project as a HD file when publishing it.
