Moroccan food is famous all over the world for one reason : the west is in love with Morocco. It is a beautiful country with beautiful food and traditions. Algeria is just as beautiful BUT it has made a huge mistake by not encouraging tourism. Most people don't even know where Algeria is let alone what the food is like there. BTW the food is fantastic and is very similar to Moroccan food.
