The Law depends on Clarity, Equality and Verification. None of the above are in place for employers or immigrants, yet this sheriff insists on enforcing the law despite it's vagueness. That said, should this sheriff's department be trusted to refrain from racially profiling people?

Even if you are here legally they will arrest you if you cannot prove without a doubt you are.

If you do not speak 100% English with no dialect and are not 100% white then you will be thrown in jail until your family can prove you are here legally.
