Just get a video editing tool ( i used Sony Vegas but if you want a free one you can get Windows Movie Maker) and then get some clips of your favourite anime from online or use youtube downloader to download them then you can get started. Watch some video's on youtube that teach you how to edit and stuff its really helpful.
i never understand how people make video and music togetther .I want to lrean how to do that with anime tho..
