Great! Nice to finally see a photo of Arthur Collins. He is recorded on dozens, perhaps hundreds of Edison cylinder recordings. I have a few of them. "The Preacher and the Bear" is a memorable recording by Collins.

Arthur Collins recorded more records than I think you and I could count. He made tons with Byron Harlan, solo and in quartets. He must have had a very busy life!

What a hilarious song! I've never heard this one before. Billy Murray and the American Quartet would have been ideal for this song due to its comic nature. By the way, I wonder how much I would have to pay for a ticket to the devil's ball? :-)
