This song is so beautiful. The way he just takes you from the hair, to the legs, to the shoes, such a talent for imagery. Is it "Those people make me calm, can't the flame, come up to the moth, for a change?" because that's an incredible line.

The moods in Arctic Monkeys songs are what set them apart, it saddens me there are still some people who can't see it an pigeonhole them with other, more terrible bands.

@lockergr Nope, haven't seen them since September unfortunatley. They haven't come around to my area recently. :/ But I really love this acoustic of Joining the dots. I heard the preview and I can tell it's just not going to be the same. Like you said, the heavy guitar and all that doesn't really work for me. Exactly like how I feel with The Fire and the Thud!! you got it.

At least it wasn't another joke video.  I've learned to adjust my expectations with their videos. The music however...I just cannot get enough of those 2 new B-sides!!! Hoping JTDs grows on me rapidly. The lyrics make me shiver they're so good!
