Just from the comments alone you knew what the outcome was going to be. If the challenger had accommodated for the amount of liquid the vegetables and fish would release diluting the sauce, I think it could have been a great dish.
using honey and cardamon powder in any seafood curry is a great flavor by adding Qasuri methi powder... nice dish ^___^v im wondering this iced cream with curry powder flavor i want to taste same..
Sakai's plating on his appetizer was absolutely gorgeous. I wonder if he ever did a battle with bell peppers? I'd love to see how the Delacroix would transform those humble veggies into technicolor sauces.
All through this battle that girl sounded like the whole audience to a fireworks show! So much oohing and aahing...I mean, I'm going "wow" over here too, but...OK, bad example, I was totally oohing and aahing too.
Keiko Saitoh's dubber must have some personal issues, because if you listen to Ms. Saitoh's voice under the dubbing, it's actually kinda deep and rich in a feminine way.

@tgpgrimreaper I actually find Ms. Keiko Saito a little more intelligent in her future dubs. she actually comes up with several decent comes in later episodes. (it helps she's hot!)
i'm disappointed in this episode. They could have done better and more original.. i mean, they both are making fish and curry ice cream. They could have done dessert like ripe papaya, and ripe mangoes with curry etc.
