where do some people get their standard from? From God or the world? She seems to be deceived and believes in this "new age" movement where God accepts everyone the way they are. For those who know the Word, know this to be false and actually warns us of such deceit and humanistic philosophy that is driven by Satan. We need to be bold and stand for truth in these last days

Exactly! The problem is is that people want to sin and do everything there way and still be labeled as a Christian because they think that label will get them into heaven. She needs to stop lying to herself and actually READ scripture and understand that God will absolutely never let a homosexual enter into heaven. It's impossible for God to "work something out" with sin because He is perfectly holy.

@WaatThefreek Friend, please produce scripture that specifically states no homosexual will enter heaven. I don't defend the sin, but it is a sin like any other, and nowhere does it say a sinner can't enter heaven. We're all sinners, saved by the sacrifice of Christ. He washes all sin, including homosexuality. We all sin even till the day we die, it's only Jesus that brings us through heaven's gate. Repent, and TURN but it is false to say this sin alone can keep a sinner from Christ's redemption.

@ChadwickSesame Friend, I can name numerous passages in the Bible where it specifically prohibits homosexuality. The most direct verse would be in 1 Corinthians 6:9, where it says, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, etc.." If that is not clear enough for you, then I don't know what is. You are missing the point friend.

Why would you want Reese to witness to ANYONE when she is so wrong? She claims to be a Christian who is at a festival celebrating homosexuality. She needs to repent of her lifestyle and be truly saved before she should witness to anyone. The last thing we need is someone like her telling people how to be saved when she is living a deceived life.

@WaatThefreek Well let's ask ourselves a question: What if being hard on someone while witnessing made them think Christians were simply judgmental and they didn't accept Christ? What if they told their friends and they didn't get saved either? I Peter 3:15 says give the reason for the hope that you have *with gentleness and respect.* Why? Because if we don't, people won't accept Christ. Mark Cahill gets tons of people saved. And the fact that they get saved is what matters.

If this guy knew His Bible and was really concerned with preaching the Gospel he would have done the same, instead he gave her false assurance and a watered down hopeless gospel. This is disgusting.

@AffirmingTRUTH Ok. First off, you have no room to complain if you haven't gotten tons of people saved like he has. For one thing, the girl was already saved. He just encouraged her to witness to her friends, basically. It is indeed true that if you try shoving Christ down someone's throat, it usually wont' work at all. That's why I Peter 3:15 says what it says. You wanna complain? Fine. Go get tons of people saved and make books that get people saved. If you can't do that, you can't complain.

@TaterBot1000 I have never gotten anyone saved, and neither has ANYONE else, that is the job of the holy Spirit, all I can do is preach the Gospel as the Scriptures proclaim it. I'm sorry but she is not a Christian, she is a homosexual. one cannot live in a habitual state of sin and yet claim that they have been Regenerated by the Holy Spirit, it's not possible. (See Romans 6, 1 john and the rest of the Bible)

And I'm sure that doesn't change the fact that through Mark Cahill, God has gotten more people saved than with you. Also, you can't say people arent' Christians just because someone is a homosexual. Romans 10:9-10 tells us how to be saved. And Luke 13:3 does indeed say repent. But everyone sins. Someone can say you aren't a Christian because you are struggling with a sin.

Fact is, she is still living in continual drawn out sin with no signs of true repentance, Jesus said that those whom He saves will bear fruit (John 15) and she has no fruit of repentance. Shame on Mark Cahill for not calling her to Repentance. There is only one Gospel that saves, and Cahill is not preaching it.

Actually, he is not arrogant. What Mark is doing is so very loving. He cares very dearly about where people go when they die, and for him to step out of his comfort zone to speak with others about such a difficult topic is wonderful. He has been given the gift of salvation, and for him not to share it would be selfish. Think about it like this...if I know how to get to Heaven, but I didn't tell anyone, wouldn't that be unloving?

mark cahill can do nothing by himself it is the holy sprit the cross was presented it's her choice now. If she is convicted she will know what true repentence is the holy sprit will tell her. we can plant and water but it's god who gives the increase. When a person has reached the point of understanding Jesus is our sacrificial lamb, who took our sin fully past, present and future, acknowledging they are sinful and in need of a savior, and have accepted His gift of salvation, THEN that person is under God's protection/Holy Spirit guidance. They have begun their life eternal, never to die, but to be WITH God in His home. I like the way she described her non-pushy way of evangelism. God bless her!

Romans 1v32 talks about being christian and approving of the things that God hates she is a christian at a pride festival where all kinds of immorality goes on, i think she is more concerned about the things going on around her rather than whats coming out of her..scripture says its not the things that go into a man that defileth him but what comes out, and to be a friend of the world is to be a an enemy of God, if you name the name of CHrist depart from iniquity she knows the bible.
