I think in general, the fact that Nas has an extensive rap career further secures Illmatic as a classic album. And Illmatic is an unquestionable classic regardless of Nas's further fame. Basically, what I'm saying is Black Moon didn't have the run that rappers like Nas or Jigga had, and this leaves Enta Da Stage shadowed as a street classic, when it needs to be looked at for what it is, with removed bias, as a true hip hop classic.

@khasm13 I'm a hardcore Nas fan but I agree with u, my opinion "Enta Da Stage" was better than Illmatic, I never understand y this album is never mentioned in the argument of classic HipHop albums, the word classic is thrown around lightly nowadays, but this album was definately that.
