I NEED YOUR HELP MAN, i have a liquid cooled lifan 200cc and i too have to make a wire harness, but there are like 3 seperate wires, 2 from the strator and one for the cdi box and it has like a 6 pin setup, i cant find the right wires to put in the cdi box! HELP
you said in your vid that you just wired up that harness quickly and it look's like speaker wire so I'm guessing you made it and I need someone to tell/show me how to re-wire my 110cc SDG pit bike..I live in Hawaii n' if I order a new one it'll cost me 150 buck's n' I don't wanna pay that or wait for it to get here so if you could help I would really appreciate it..if not thanks anyway man n' keep on makin' videos!
Dude... u can hear the valves opening and closing.... that is gonna fuck them up if u leave it with no exaust. if u want good sound . make up a strait 2 or 2.5 inch pipe for it
Yea, I had a briggs&str 6.5hp 206cc sounded the same without the muffler. I have a honda 200 atc and the engine went bloop or (f***ed out on me) and I was going to get a lifan to replace it till I get it fixed. DO you think that would do the job? Or it wont have the same power output.
you might have to do some modding to the frame for it to fit, because the lifan engines are honda remakes so they fit hondas without a problem. are you planning on buy a new cdi along with the engine? i usually dont mess with 2 stroke engines, they sound like little wind up toys.
What do you expect from a redneck who hammers so hard on a brand new engine. He's going to smoke that thing if he just revs it up a bunch without riding it.

Its 5 speed with clutch. Should be elec start with back up kick start to. Look up xr200 or 200x 3 wheeler since its basicaly the same engine just a replica.
