Were not all like that andy. We can give change back but sometimes especially at the beginning of the bar service we don't have enough change but we take down your seat number and how much change your owed and then at the end of the service wen we get it we can give it to you.
@irishgirleexx sorry that's my experience of Ryanair and I'll never use them again. And I still never got my change back - not so much the value factor but principle of the matter and by not giving change back then that is tantamount to theft.
Heaven help passengers if there was an emergency, Ryanair cabin crew are awful, rude, and in my opinion highly unprofessional. I was on a Ryanair flight once and a Stewardess screamed at me during the flight that I couldn't get change back as they don't give change back for goods bought. So when we were getting off the plane at our destination I turned to her and screamed at the top of my voice "You're a fucking ugly slapper". I don't think she enjoyed it. But It made me feel better.
@anddyx I used to work for Ryanair and was told I was one of the happiest cabin crew anyone had ever met! She didn;t put any heart or effort into that safety demo! And the reason why they are awful is because Ryanair tend to employ Easter Europeans and a lot of the females are miserable sods, well all of the ones I came across!

They have brought down what was the astronomical cost of flights in and out of Ireland enormously, over the past 10-15 years. I used to travel very often to and from mainland Europe and Ireland & having to pay well over what woudl be today's equivalent of €600 return. Now averages, including taxes of around the €120 mark return!
next time try Lufthansa. 163€ DUB-FRA-DUB, first shot on their website. the bonus with LH? you get service. what that means? if you have a problem, you have someone to talk to, unlike with FR. plus, you can take 20kg+8kg of luggage on the plane without someone changing their mimik from grumpy to annoyed.

Ryanair are an absoloute disgrace of an airline. Yeah they may be big and have lots of planes, but their customer service is shocking. @joel9 The tickets may be cheap, but do you know how damn expensive it gets with all the extra charges? If I was to fly from Stockholm to Paris I would lose like 500 pounds with luggage for two people (compared to Air France)

Who wants to work for this shit airline anyway? Have fun cleaning the airplane... Oh my god! If you wanna be a real flight attendant try to work for an international airline. There you don't have just a 25 min. tourn around and you don't have to clean the aircraft all by yourself...

Ryanair are an absoloute disgrace of an airline. Yeah they may be big and have lots of planes, but their customer service is shocking. No matter whether you pay 1p for a Ryanair flight or £100 for an Aer Lingus flight, as soon as you step onto that plane you are a passenger, and you deserve to be treated as that, not as cattle or one of Michael O'Learys statistics

their airliners are comfortable tho... compared with other 737s that I've travelled on... and I've flown with Titan airlines and British Airways haha

I heard of the airline Titan airways, thats meant to be a charter based at stansted doing all season flights to Lourdes as well as other destinations and their 757s have 204 seats not 235, good for those people who have long legs and need the extra leg room touch.

they made the cabin like this so it would be easy to clean in a 25 min turn round and the safety card is attached to the back of the chair so they don't have to keep printing them because people are stealing them lol.

Ryanair dont clean there planes during turn arounds or do a cabin safety check.
They have safety cards stuck on the seats so cabin crew dont have 2 "waste" time checking were they stolen !!!
