The old trailer clearly looked incredible, but a little sterile and lifeless. It seems they added that "Ico magic" later on and now it's just beyond beautiful looking. It's that whole hazy, moving oil painting thing. This company never ceases to amaze me.

i agree that sometimes the ps3 games look a little worse, not much though. that has to do with multiple things. first off, its harder to programme for the ps3, thats why the exclusives is alot prettier than the exclusives on 360. also, ps3 has A LOT going for it, bluray, webbrowser, free online services and all that stuff that really take some power out of a console. so the ps3 is a powerful machine, no matter how you look at it.

xbox 360 is underated both the xbox and ps3 have nearly identical graphical power with a few points going to ps3 just a few tho, the only diffrence between the consoles is that blue ray and that ps3 can last longer

Not entirely true. The ps3 has a much higher frame rate and the blue ray discs allow for much more memory to be stored on the discs.

yeah true about the blue ray but that dosent really matter, for example alot of games on the 360 have to use one, two or even three discs as the ps3 would only need one disc, and the frame rate is not true because a dvd drive and dvds has faster transfer rates then the blue ray on a console, which makes dvd drives better for gaming purposess, and blue ray have higher resolution but there transfer rates are not as good because it uses so much more power from the hardware.

Ok, I like the new boy's costume and the beast looks better to graphic wise but the whole enviornment down graded a lot in graphics. The lang also changed, one of the biggist was the mountains and building in 2:19; I don't like the changes. The new one showes more of what to expect from The Last Guardian though wich I like. But all in all I like the old one better. The beast looks cuter and dosent screach like a harpy.

Hey pikol, don't know if you noticed this, but in one of your videos you showed about sotc, there was a bridge almost identical to the one this new kid is jumping from in this video. i think that was the big secret about sotc, the whole "unused scene" was actually the setting for part of this game.

personally, I like the boy's old costume better, but I have a theory that the other trailer was more like a beta trailer, much like Nico and the three horned boys also looking like Ico for the SoTC trailer. The new one is so much more touched up, and I know Ueda is a huge fan of the glare-effect thingy. And I think this wont just be Ico w/ a griffin.
