ohhh... For voice recording he must have used a microphone, obviously, (IF) you have one, go to Windows Movie Maker and click "Narrate" and it will record your voice.
For recording the screen: I dont know what he used but i have a recorder, its free, its easy and its cool, just Google "Free screen recorder" and thats what the program is called. hope i helped :)

I think we all get a bit tired of nOObs stealing photos and adding a few effects and grunge brushes to a 500x100 pixels(?) image and calling themselves artist....tsk....tsk
Because let's face it... with just one drag of the mouse you can turn a blank canvas into something you teenagers drool over and that's even without any effects or other things. Come back when you can show real skills, like drawing a human portrait or body from imagination...*sigh*
if you duplicate the (both)render and put it color dodge it looks much better for me i dont like that way of making signatures(i think its called pixel stretch) but any it turned out good
