i have a star on the elbow... a star formed pimple appeared and its festering now...i made it in turkey but people sell fake hennas all over the world...a friend just has the same problem coz he did it in italy

every where where the tourists are they do it

@minichick786 Yep, that's a chemical burn from the black henna. Very nasty and nothing to play with.

Wow, alhumdulilah when I had black henna it didnt do that. But that is very terrible. And I hope that sister can find a cure.

When I first started henna just as a hobby I was about 13 years old. I was in Egypt on vacation and bought "henna" from a pharmacy to try it out. I put it on my skin, and eventually it went away, and I didn't think twice about it. Once I started educating myself in late high school/college, and I found out about the dangers of black henna. I flipped out. I COULD HAVE GIVEN MYSELF A SCAR LIKE THAT AT 13! Even though I didn't react the thought of what could have been still scares me so much.

alhamdulilah UAE took a stand!! now the rest of the workd needs to follow suit! anyone who uses this crap should be forced to pay for the medical treatment of the clients who had this done to them!
