Greeting, what give you the idea I put down all Khmer artists? I'm simply comparing him to them. I like Preap Sovath, Youn Sopheap and few other. they are good but they are not great like Sin Sisamouth. He is great becuase his musics are GREAT.. a hundred years from now, people still listen and admire his music. This is what great artist do. They stand the test of time. Some new artist couldnt hold a candle to him. I'm not hating on them, i'm just stating the fact. sorry if i offended you.

Mono43 I second to your comment. Sinn is the Greatest. In addition to his out of this world voice, he composed most of his songs. I don't think any modern singers can top that. This does not mean a put down on modern singers.

I agree with you so sad that Khmer rouge or Pol Pot kill them all include moat of the artist the singer this day can not compare with the old King and Queen of the old singer in Cambodia in 1960 and 1970 a lot of sungs for the new singer you just listening once it make you had enough of their voice but the old sung it make you just never had enough just wanted to listen again and again any way thanks for posting I enjoy it again thanks.

You know what, now that you mentioned it, I had taken a second look at the picture and find the lady to resemble Dy Saveth more. Dy Saveth never crossed my mind due to the idea that she was more of an actress than a vocal artist singing and dancing on stage. Good catch! I agree that it was Dy Saveth until proven otherwise.

Same here I love this song. I listen to it ten million times already. When I'm driving to my girlfriend's house (now my wife), it was three hours trip,so I just pressed a repeat botton and just go...this would make the trip more interesting.
