@invest2test So in one sport the board is attached to your feet and the other it isn't. In one a grind is supremely hard and in the other it isn't. In one to get of the ground you need alot of foot work the other you just need to be able to jump. Lol i cant really skateboard well but and i am more interested in long-boarding and dirt boarding but seriously skateboarding is the more technical sport. And out of the three long-boarding is the most dangerous probably.

@iiZGriZzly Mountain Boarding is really nothing like skateboarding. You're using your body to control the board, rather than just your feet. And it was originally for snowboarders to get a chance to work on their skills in the off-seasons. If you surf or snowboard, you have a better chance of liking mountain boarding off the bat.

Some people use bindings, which makes it that much more similar to snowboarding rather than skating..
