I own one. DOES NOT GET 31MPG! Gets 22. The electric motor never kicks in! This is a scam.

I have a hybrid too, and yeah, I don't get the rated mpg either. Don't know how they rate them, but they have to come up with a better system.

My old car was rated at 19, but I got more like 14. So yeah its not just the hybrid thats a scam, but its all the cars. None of them perform up to advertised spec.

If I drive 'normally' (not flooring it from the lights every time), but occasionally flooring it, I get around 25mpg. If I drive very carefully, keeping below 70mph, and using the cruise control a lot, I can get around 33mpg. This is in UK gallons, not american gallons.

Lexus is a good car...But its luxury based...you wont experience sportiness in a lexus.

I'm not sure I would agree...The sportiness is quite good. It's *very* fast. It corners well...it's no corvette but for an SUV it feels like a Mercedes.

Well ive compared it against it equvilant mercedes, bmw, and audi competitor and to be quite frank. Its no where near the performance of these others. Dont get me wrong. Its not about the performance. The luxury in this car is really nice. Its as good as its german rivals. But not its performance.

Wow, you can get over 30mpg in an SUV and not sacrifice power. Nice ride. Great video.
