  • keep pressing 4 HAHAHAHA

  • how bout just punch and dont do any unnessessary crap like pull a triangle on flip flops :)

  • You can show me your wresting moves any day Dennis.

  • "it's easy, just give up the double arm control and easily slide into mount and you're fine!"

  • Cool , i use this great move everyday at my school ;D BJJ ;:)

  • i'd rather open my opponents head with elbows than a triangle...that would put him out or give me extra points for damage. Or a keylock, straight armbar, kimura, what ever but i wouldn't give up a great position like crucifix or side control.

  • screw the triangle from your back, finish the round strong on top

  • @albate yup.. if it slips on the way & you're on bottom w/ no control, your points from the previously good position could be neutralized

  • did you guys not cath, ïf the fights about to end and your not finishing him, go for the submission". Atleast you have a chance of submitting him. But I do agree giving up crucifix for triangle isnt a great choice just maybe a last resort

  • why would you give up a nice crucifix for a submission in mma? In grappling good but mma its a no no

  • @sisudo21 As he explained, at the very end of a round.

  • A key point that he stated but did not emphasize is that you would only pull this close to the end of the round. Your corner should let you know when you have just enough time to possibly finish it.

  • Flip flops fucking flip flops.

  • made me lose the fight lol.

  • A lot of guys are saying this is a stupid/ineffective move, but Anderson Silva actually got submitted with this move (although he looked kind of gassed as well)

    Check it here : v=eY86OktkiAY

  • @swimon It wasn't this move. It was similiar but different.

  • @19thaman79 Oh yeah, he steps over from the other side,

but he still gives up his mount for a triangle, the one in my link actually looks a little bit more effective I think.

  • @swimon I agree. Why give up a sure thing.

  • Giving up a dominant position for a triangle attempt mmm, it would be easier to get mount and pound.

  • looks like the only way it would work is if the opponent is EXTREMELY gassed

  • stupid

  • yeah, triangle my ass! i wanna see someone pull this of!

  • you have never seen someone finish a fight with a triangle? i do it in my judo club all the time.

  • yeah have fun with this one! giving up sidecontrol to attempt a triangle! RICKSON BY ARMBAR MY IPPON FRIEND!

    WAR myself!

  • yeah don't punch him in the face. that's not the way to end the fight

  • @sikthbungle well sometimes its not the way i rather choke someone then anything because no matter how stupid the reff is or how good the chin is of the guy im fighting you get a choke 8 to 10 seconds they go to sleep no matter how much they fight it

  • unless your fighting matt hughes lol

  • Yeah, You punch his feet! Thats sure to knock him out!

Wtf you mean you dont punch his face -.-

  • what are you talking about?

  • Even he doesn't look like he has the confidence to pull it off, way to sticky, way too pointless!

  • Horrible advice! Don't ever give up reverse crucifix for triangle.

    Absolute horseshit!

  • yeah dude , shows how bad these other fight leagues are compared to ufc , or even strikeforce... there best fighters are completely retarted...

  • with 20 seconds left, it's fine...better than fine.

  • @FoxifiedNutjob It's called mounted crucifix...

  • i would just put my cock in his mouth until he died.

    Too fucking easy!

  • LOL

  • EXCUSIVE ?

  • ouch!

  • I think everybody here has the same comment: Don't lose cross guard to triangle but choke him in Ude garami or try a kimura which seems a better and safer possibility

  • idk man that shit is right there i think i would be able to get it

  • I would have kept the position...

  • Kimura from side mount way easier to get than going back to the guard for the triangle.

  • Dont overcomplicate things, you already have the arm... just close it with your neck and press the elbow = UDE - GATAME = TAP-OUT! Why cross the river to get water?

  • Eh i wouldn't risk it unless the guy was really inexperienced on the ground. He has so many other submissions to work with from that position there.

  • Meh I would continue with elbows rather than risk losing in the last 20 seconds.

  • wouldn't risk losing dominant position in a real fight. Maybe in competition only if theres a chance the scorecard isn't in your favor.

  • Forget that? May as well try a choke while on top or the armbar.

  • Actually an armbar would be much better than the triangle because you're already in a dominant position, all you have to do is sweep your leg over his head and the armbar will be right there on either side, pick one. and there's no no sense in losing a dominant position for a choke that only works half the the time even for skilled fighters.

  • well that's why he was saying to do it at the end pf the round. otherwise no i wouldn't do it.

  • armbars are very easy to power out of in the last round because your all slippery with sweat. a triangle is much more sneaky and will grip more onto oyur opponent thats why they used the triangle

  • Why lose the position?

  • yes

  • DId he just do a triangle choke in flip-flops?

  • @Lavarpsu10 in New Zealand they call flip-flop "jandels".I am guessing because it rythmes with sandels

They love wearing those things there

  • @Lavarpsu10 LMAO i was thinkin the same thing
