no, they are available in all versions. Press ALT during flight and go to Aircraft > Failures.

The door open button is SHIFT+E. To open the other doors, you add a number from the number above the keyboard, NOT THE NUMBER PAD. I beleive the EH101 has 3 doors. So its SHIFT+E for the main door and then SHIFT+E+2 (or 3) for the others.
