@motorhead992 You cannot with the new policy. He was grandfathered in. Being in later service like the late 80s, I'm sure the policy was different back then. They just let it slide for the old breed. New Marines are not allowed to have Tattoos below the shoulder, or think of it below the arm pit. I think that's really it, as far as I can tell, I'll be sure to not get one right after I get out of boot.
