hahahaaa This tune has been pitched beyond stupid. It reminds me of an old 'tape' i used to have, in the late 90's.. where DJ Hixxy went up against DJ Producer (who at the time was syco-hardcore) Hixxy's tunes were ridiculously pitched... Check the original of this remix, much much better.
