U can m8 download realplayer if u havent already got it on ur computer, then right click the video when its playing and it should download the video to ur music folder in a matter of seconds. then when its downloaded put the cursor over the name of the track in the realplayer downloads box (that comes up to show you the D/L progress) and then it gives u a few of options (download to ur ipod post to twitter or facebook) the one you want is 'convert to' once its converted
