  • TURKS ARE THE BEST :D

THIS IS TURKISH EXERCISE !!! :D

  • Making that 32kg look pretty easy! Excellent example of one of the best aspects of kettlebells is you can use them literally anywhere (eg. side of parking lot in the grass) nice!

  • That is unbelievable!!! Great work, switching arms that way is not for the weak or timid. I do TGU's everyday and I love it.

  • Great trainin, thanx.

  • Very impressive! Ive just started kettlebell, and your vids are encouraging

  • Hi what brand of Kettle Bell use?

  • seven people dont have core stability

  • Why do all kettlebell lifters block me ?!? :D

Not this guy , he is good !

  • impressive strenth man, you lost alot of weight with kettebells didnt you?

  • The bell he is using looks a lot like my CAP brand 70's. I believe they're 70's, and he is definitely pretty strong to be doing 10 TGU's that easily with them! I'm still playing around with my 50's, the 70's are just sitting in the corner waiting on me. I'm in school right now. When I get out in a few months I plan to tackle them!

  • can u share ur 1st video plz iwana c where u have a gut

  • Impressive my friend. Nice work. Get ups are a full workout itself.

  • Did you change your diet while losing weight?

  • That song sounds a lot like the song in zelda when you walk into any shop...that's pretty badass. Also, the workout's cool too, I guess :P

  • my 32 kg costed 60 euros ;)

  • god damn man.. nice work. beast for sure

  • thats really impressive , you made it look easy

  • Awesome job!!! I took in fitness about 8 months ago and lost 70 LBS , remove sugar and started exercising, it's an amazing combo, keep it up and that you for sharing! Keep it up and thank you for changing so many peoples lives by sharing your knowledge and experiences!

  • Turkish Getups are a staple in my workouts; after a gazillion years of training I've streamlined my workouts with the best exercises I've found and TGs are one of my top favs.

  • Very impressive weight! But I thought an important part of the exercise to have one's arm straight at all times - I'm surprised to see you bending your arm and changing hands at the end of each rep. Still, everyone has their own way.

  • awesome. looks like that kind of strength training would be a requirement for fighters and soldiers...you want that "get up" strength. I enjoy the videos. Are you still loving it? Thanks.

  • what tune is this? I like it

  • @jennifer4911744 hahaa, youre crazy)

  • very good work !

  • It inspired me to order my first kettlebell six months ago. A decision i didn't regret! Only regret I have is not knowing about kettlebell training earlier. Didn't have any weightlifting experience before. Now when I am away from home I actually miss working out! Proud russian music helped too.

  • great video, hope you make more . how many days a week do you do this? How much weight have you lost since you have started doing this.?

  • Great vids bud! How much weight have you lost and how long did it take? Something I should look into.

  • @enon1960 Total loss was about 55 LBs. Took me about 4 months if I remember correctly, may be little bit more. It's not a linear thing, though. You will lose more in the beginning and then it slows down. That's how it was in my case at list.

  • Impressive full body strength...is it costly $ to purchase kettlebells?

  • About $2 per pound on average.

  • so you are a killer??? sir yes sir!!!!!

  • ive been on kettlebells for awhile now and all i can say is i am becoming a different kind of beast...

  • Hey man!Your style and your power are amazing!!!

I wish i could handle my kettlebell like you :-)

    Take care.....

  • To chhaytea : probably made with a cheaper metal

  • It should be mandatory to play that music anytime people use kb's in my opinion. Cool videos by the way.

  • I remember seeing your first video, when you had that big fat gut, and couldn't even do one of those. Now you're juggling and everything. A 70 pound kettlebell ain't no joke. Extremely impressive, dude.

  • When I grow up I want to be just like you :)

  • that's the 32kg bell? he's man-handling it like crazy... how come my 32kg agatsu looks way bigger?

  • The idea of this video was to share particular achievement of this individual, not to impress somebody.

So, yes, it is a 32 kg kettlebell.

Its not common in this community to misinform about the weight of the device.

    Different brands have different sizes.

  • Sir- Your first video inspired me to start KB training two months ago. I've lost over 20 lbs, built muscle like never before, and actually look forward to working out each day. Congrats to you and thanks for the inspiring videos!

  • @hdjcnfdj69 true - IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE MATERIAL OF THE BELL - RUBBER ONES ARE USUALLY LARGER, WHILE CAST IRON ONES ARE USUALLY THE LARGEST DUE TO SUBSTANCE DENSITY. Oh fuck caps lock!

  • probably made with cheaper metal

  • Hey, muscle-man! Wow! What a tasty piece of pure power!

Most people are so proud of themselves for doing just one rep with this baby and you just keep going and going and going!

I was wondering if you were available for private lessons. So you can teach a girl your tricks, you know

  • i want to be like this man, someday!!!
