That's true and I live in the US and the only thing like drivers training is driving in a car with an instructor sitting next to you correct me if I'm Wrong but in Germany and places like that they have real drivers training not the crap stuff we got here now I have a little ole Boxster S and i race it and take real drivers racing training so i can handle a car better that most of the American public but some people around here just do NOT know how to drive even at highway speeds (65 an under)

Roads are designed for speed unlike the u.s..and the roads quality ( thickness and etc) is much more dense..hense..perfect.
Getting a licence is much more defficult requires more training unlike the walmart,blackberry, no discipline drivers in the U.S.
