  • I say he`s right.....kids did the same thing down here near tampa on a bridge along I-75......they thought it would be cool to drop cement bricks on cars.....their actions, due to their sorry parents not raising them properly, killed alot of people on their way to work....

  • K were i live there where assholes throwing pumkins off a bridge above a highway, this punishment should deffinatly get in DEEP shit

  • i think hes right

  • Good point but I hope nobody is buying the fact that this was that guys voice. It is pretty clear he has a tape recorder hidden and is just moving his lips. I caught this because at a few points his lips did not match up with the words coming out of the speakers. Not sure who he is trying to fool. The voice sounds like Phils.

  • SERIOUSLY??? Don't mistake a cheap webcam for poor lipsynching. Check out my other vids. I would be a poor cover for him.

  • Um, I can pretty much verify first hand that it's definatley his voice, belongs to no other I assure you.

  • death penalty. this is the perfect opportunity to use it. these kids will obviously grow up to be murders/rapists so might as well finish them off before more innocent people die. oo and i think we should replace lethal injection with a lethal beating

  • idiot

  • they need to be punished. nice video.

  • They're not going to go to jail. If they tell mom and/or dad, they'll keep it quiet, even if they don't.... they'll just be juvied till 18.

    Those bastard kids.

  • Their intent?: Probably not so much to cause damage but to stop being bored. They're twelve. Who can imagine why twelve year olds would throw rocks at cars.

Punishment?: Minor jail time and probation with community service. Perhaps being forced to eat randomly discovered fungus for the good of future community.

Age Line?: ...ten? Fuck it. Six. Two in Jersey.

  • I hate to even give you the self pleasure of a comment to boost your ignorance, but all I can really say to this is...

    LMAO.

  • I pray non of you have kids that make mistakes, like children do... if so may the world show them as much empathy as you all are showing these group of children. I'm going to call my nephews now and tell them to watch these videos. just to let them know the world will punish you for being a child so grow up now!!

  • I'm all for empathy, but what about the people who were hurt? What about the family of the person who died? Do you think they would feel the same way. These guys were out to cause trouble, they just caused more trouble than it was worth. They NEED to be punished. I work for the courts and I have spent some time recently around kids in a juve detention center. Its not prison in the classic sense. Its not the end of the world, and God knows, they're gonna need some counseling.

  • You have a really good point and I agree with you. They knew what they were doing was wrong and even though they didn't mean to kill someone it was still their fault and they're old enough to be able to take responsibility.

  • Who's to say that these little 12 years knew that they were going to hurt anyone? At such a young age can they really decide right from wrong? It seems the lack of common sense in America's youth has vanished. When I was 12 years old, I didn't have to be told not to throw rocks at cars. And it jail really the answer? What's sending a bunch of scared 12 year olds to a big bad prison going to accomplish. Like you said before they're going to have to live with the guilt that they killed someone.

  • I don't think they had any clue that they were going to hurt someone. I don't think they said "Hey, lets go to the highway and see if we can kill a guy!" I think they said "Hey, lets go throw rocks at cars, this will really piss people off!" Their actions were not innocent by any means. They weren't going to cause an accident by casually tossing pebbles into the road. They would have to have put some serious force behind sizable rocks to cause damage.

  • oh shut the fuck up. Im 14 and I can tell you they know what they were doing. Dont takl about them like they are 6. Theyve been alive enough for long enough to know that you shouldnt throw rocks onto a freeway. I say Juvee till they are 18

  • And dont say "lack of common sense in Americas youth". you are only making yourself sound like an itiot.

Howvere Pparde i agree with alomst everything you say except im not sure if they will automaticly break or not. It really depends on how close they are to eachother and how much they have trust in eachother. If they have a lot then most likely none of them will say anything unless their parents or anyone else is suspicious of them

  • Good point. But if one of them breaks, its all over for all three of them. I know when I was a kid it was impossible to keep a secret for long because SOMEONE would blab, and that was for trivial stuff

  • I couldn't have said it better.

  • wheres the stop button?? lol
