Ok, here's the deal dude. If you get a flash cart like a m3 simple or an r4 you CAN download roms for it which are games in .nds format. But it IS illegal to do that, but if you are going to get an m3 or an r4 you can also put music and videos on there.

Yes this is and arcade style "rail shooter" that means you don't control the movement, just where you shoot. It's now called "touch the dead".
