hope you warmed it up 1st ! i built my share of 2 strokes , and especially a new rebuild , your asking for trouble racing it up like that, you get it wrmed up 1st then jam it down ,,coast then jam it again for a few secounds , stop . check the plugs. repeat ,,

Pipes is AAEN race stingers. Works at 10.000 rpm.

nice. i have a question for you. my exciter 440 i want to race it what should i do to it to the motor.

wel you can put yamaha phazer jugs and heads on it i believe, take out the exciter jack shaft that runs to the secondary and put in a older yamaha phazer one in better secondary clutch options, port it, shave the heads, use a BFC monster can for ur gasket, to make it lighter use like a phazer suspension believe they are lighter than the stock exciter ones so i mean if you know what ur doin and have sled to experiment on the modifications are endless

hey, dunno if you'll get this. sled sounds awesome. I'm rebuilding a 79 EX440 right now. gonna go thirty over with reeds and pipes. i was just wondering who you got the pipes through? i'm looking at AEEN's but can't find anyone who carry's them
