  • MAN, this was my favorite CD in grade 7. Drawing black lines, sick album!

  • this is one of those videos, that helped define todays music. i grew up listening to this, and then spent a good 7 years playing with my own band. good times fo sho.

  • This song has so much more meaning to me now that I've gotten out of my parent's house and have seen much of the world. Alcoholism is an easy trap to fall into.

  • hollywood undead can go suck it. project had their sound ten times better while those kids were still cheating on their middle school geography test

  • badass for jesus. makes me want to get in the pit n lay my hands on a brotha.

  • cool song and cd!

  • i'm becoming addicted to them they r pretty good

  • Good times

  • i like they kinda metal/rock they are not the fag that jump around on stage acting like they are crazy or something

  • It's funny, this is one of few christian groups that aren't all "Jesus is cool" and stupid stuff, I LOVE IT!

  • can you buy this album anywere!!!!!

  • @jaytb86 P 86's facebook store has it...

  • @BassKidLPC thanks brotha

  • I've been looking for this song for 10 years! I first taped it onto a cassette off the radio one night a long time ago and have been looking for the song since the cassette broke in 02. I'd given up hoping to find it....It still is just as good as I remembered it.

  • duuuuuuuuuuuude. That's hardcore! They're serious arent they! *sigh* I love this band.......

  • Dude this brings back memories of me as a scrawny Christian teenager in the 9th grade bein' hated on cause I was Black and blastin 86 on my headphones...good times.

  • Their best song ever

  • Epic song. I love it.

  • saw them do this song at the where house in Bartlesville, ok when I was in college soooo good!

  • love this song!

  • p86 freaking rock

  • I am for the first time in my life realizing how beautiful christian rock is. By beautiful I mean it is just as hardcore as the unchristian metal and rock. This music makes it so much easier to grow my relationship with God.

  • on of the best albums ever! saw them with POD in KC about 9 years ago, best live set i have ever seen!

  • @cal22583 was that at the warehouse?

  • @tomcat137 no, at the beaumont

  • This album .......wow........don't have the words to describe it!

  • Saw these guys at Cornerstone 2001. They played an awesome set. Love the drum groove to this track.

  • hmm. I didn't even know this music video existed until now. I love P86. Randy looks cool in this video.

  • this song is hard core all the way through

  • bad ass i been lookin for alll the pure ride songs that whole album jams

  • love this song!! totally rocks!! so does God!!

  • I'm so jealous of the girl at 2:01. Andrew Schwab is so amazing and gorgeous.

  • Haha, so am I. xD (jealous, I mean, not amazing and gorgeous)

  • jesus in heaven i love project 86! freakin come to missouri!!!!!

  • What is it with Christians that cause them to make such good Hard Rock?

I guess if nothing else repression forces out good music

  • repression? what do you mean by that?

  • Wow, does this take anyone else back to the Jr High and high school years? I remember those days, when being punk rock meant having jeans you could fit a basketball into, and having a chain on your wallet wasn't what made you cool, but how big and long it was did.

  • Cavity King

  • the best song they have is little green men

  • i think hallow again is the best song =p

  • i like spyhunter the best.

  • I like Chimes best.

  • same here

  • This song is awesome...!

  • are they christian

  • yea they are

  • Yup

  • yep, the best christian rock out there now!

  • About 5 years ago I saw them and was talking to Schwab, and he asked me which was my favorite album, I told him definitely DBL and he said everyone said that, it was just an incredible album to do and had a certain feel about it. Anyway, I never get sick of this song

  • i gave u thumbs up i totaly agree with you. i love all the bands u mentioned

  • LOL YOUR A HOMOSEXUAL

  • LOL YOU KNOW NO GRAMMAR

  • Can anyone tell what kind of guitars Randy is using in this vid? I noticed he switches between two different ones (one in the big dark room, then another one in the smaller, better-lit room)

  • one is a les pual. the other looks like an SG

  • Sweet, a Les Paul. I just got one of those not too long ago, and I saw he was playing those in some of the more recent videos, and apparently he's played those since DBL. Not sure the one in the lit room is an SG though...the shape of it looks too funny.

  • Uuuuummmmm.... I think I see 3 guitars.

One's a Les Paul, another is an SG, and another is a B.C. Rich Mockingbird.

  • Man I miss when they sounded like this...

  • meee tooo!!!!

  • @dibbin10 I'm with you entirely.

  • @dibbin10 they still sound fantastic nonetheless

  • wow can you believe its been about 9 years since this album came out. ahh high school.

  • @poppinfresh I was like 11 when this came out. Made me a fan for life.

  • @poppinfresh

    still an amazing band tho:)

  • @poppinfresh

yeah i still can't believe it's been that long. seems like yesterday my friend told me about this band.

  • This song makes me wanna throw down an energy drink then hurl myself out of a window...BUT THATS A GOOD THING!

  • Hey I wonder who that lady is......???

oooooooo creepy...... lolz sry im an idiot

  • Mine. Suck it.

  • Wait, got flamed for a typo, DISK. Damn, that's a wrong word to type wrong

  • Its from their second album "Drawing Black Lines"

  • Cool thanks

  • I want the guy on the right in the white sihrt's hair.

  • This band has an excellent tone. It's not metal, nor grunge, perfectly nestled in between the two, but still manage to sound hard. That's what you get when you lived through one of the greatest decades music will ever know. The 90's. :)

  • Project hasn't come to Kansas City in years. had a string of bad luck. once I saw them and Andrew's wallet got stolen in a club. went to see them another time with Stavesacre and Living Sacrifice and Andrew had strep throat and couldn't perform.

  • Wow that's crazy, I was totally at that concert in KC when he got his wallet stolen. Linkin Park was the OPENING band! Haha That's how long ago that has been.

  • I had forgotten about LP being there. That was back when they were just getting their name out there with their debut album. wow. I remember it was Hed PE that came on after P86 and their singer made a comment about Christians that made us mad. Then POD came out and rocked the place.

  • Yes, we actually left during Hed PE because of that...wasn't worth staying to see POD at that point. Still wondering why in the world they would have a band like that tour with them.

  • a band unless a big star does not get to pick who they tour with. the label or someone usually does. POD put on a heckuva show that made us all feel a lot better. wish you would of stayed.

  • aw....

  • i first heard this song and of these guys on the Hard Edge Music sampler i won from a Christian radio station during the Christian rock/metal time slot

  • LOL so did I!!!

  • thats awsome!

  • i think I bought that one for 1.99.

  • Sik song...

  • Just 4,000 views?

Why don't people know this good music?

  • who is the woman isn't she isn't in a dead poetic video new medicines

  • Drawing Black Lines is still one of my favorite albums.

  • Awesomeness. So many good bands and albums came out around this time. The early millenium: An awesome time for music.

  • i def agree...some of the best music ever made came out right around this time!

  • heheh Oh and the lead singer climbed a stack of speakers that was about 40 feet high during this song ........security didn't like that either.

  • Yes for sure "Drawing Black Lines" is def their best work....I saw these guys live but they got banned from the venue for not stopping the show to tell people not to mosh...LAME!

  • Deep lyrics and a hammer in your face. Will the zombies realize that they´re spoken to or will they think this is just something like Korn?

  • i remember hearing this song on one of the songs from the penalty box compilations and i was hooked, it opened me up to a whole new style of music, their new stuff is cool but thier old music is amazing

  • The first two albums were the only good albums they made. After that, they just were not so great. But for some reason their crappier a,bums made them more famous/

  • man i gotta get this cd!!

  • DO IT! IT ROCKS!

  • easily from their best album ever. "and search and strain and drink and stagger"

i think they shoulda did a song to 'PS'. that would be one ridiculously awesome video

  • this song is awesome!

  • The song that got me hooked back in the day BABY!

  • 1st amazing vid
