I'm 14 and from tomorrow I will have been dancing 11 years. But I agree, for all those who feel they are too old, you're never too old to dance. Oh My Gosh and number 259 is AMAZING.

I was amazed at the potential I saw in all of the children. The girl at the end had amazing upper body carriage for a child and I was impressed by the number of children NOT falling forward while doing petite allegro. If more of us see the potential in children, we could become more effective teachers and help them be the best that THEY can be as dancers. :)

I'd just like to point at that kids at the london children's ballet aren't in professional or academic dance schools. These are normal kids who go to normal schools who do ballet as a past time because they like it. LCB take kids from all over the country & give classes at weekends to kids with potential so that when they're 16, they might be lucky/talented enough to go to a 'real' ballet school. LCB is a wonderful organization that helps hundreds of kids every year- they do a great job!!!

Yes! I did gymnastics and she reminded me of a gymnast because she is so tiny next to the others-but great expression in her dance! I hope she grows tall enough-I had to quit ballet as I did not grow tall enough. :(
