the drill and the jig saw are the only tools really worth their money. everything else in this set is garbage.

@gtarbmx The sawsall and circular saw are not so very good, but can be useful. However, the DC411 is a very handy tool for cut-off operations even if it is a battery eater it works well for short cut-off operations on ladders and such. The drill is decent but not nearly as smooth as Milwaukee and the chuck has the typical Dewalt wobble, which is not bad, just not so great a build quality. Overall quite useful kit, but the impact driver & cut-off I like the best in the kit.

Dewalt sucks!!!!!!! I'm going to Milwaukee i've gone through 3 drill/sawzaw kits and you only get a 90 warrenty after that you gotta go through the bs of taking to get repaired and be without your money makers for 2 wks.....just annoyed

Thanks TK for all your expertise on DeWalt tools. At the time of this taping (Feb. 08) it looks like DW was still making XRP tools with the longer base. I've noticed DW is selling XRP with the shorter base for Nano batts now, but does this also pertain to the 9PAKIA?

Oh I see. Actually in the video Jude gets it right on the circular saw, if that's what you were asking about. It's a 6 and 1/2 inch blade, which she is saying... just a little quietly. At the time she was still a little camera shy. If you have any other questions please let us know! :-)
