i love how watson and lestrade never got along but they both get emotional about holmes' death. and that look they give each other when holmes wants the pipe watson gave lestrade. it's comforting.

A great story and an excellent way to do away with Holmes. I have just ordered the box set from Amazon of all 14 films Sherlock Holmes films that Rathbone & Bruce made. These films are classics in so many ways.
