You r not meant to push in the slide stop ur meant to push in the recol spring and twist the barrel bushing. Take it out take of the slide and disassemble the slide
At the start your not meant to take out the slide stop First. What you do is push in the barrel bushing and release the presure in the spring so the slide doesn't fling out other wise nice video
A simple session for the neophyte to understand. The cleaning itself is something that is missing from here, but generally, some prefer lots of solvent and oil, while others prefer enough to get the sut out and just enough oil to allow for a decent slide movement without attracting too much dust. Generally, I prefer the latter. We use to say..."Keep it dry, or the sand will help ya die". Nice little video. Straight forward.

My grandfather passed down a 1908 world war one colt. It doesn't have any safety features but it's still really fun to shoot.
