@willabema I definitely agree with you on the "overprotective, possessive parent" and rebellion point. It happens more often then it should, considering how hard the parents work to prevent it. I know of a family friend in particular who was about 2-3 year younger than me. Her parents were kind and loving, but VERY religious and strict. A few years ago I found out that she had a baby boy at 17. I NEVER seen it coming, but I guess her parents' overbearing ways finally got to her.
