Look Alexandra, is using abolutely EVERY excuse in the book to do what she does, she knows inside what she is doing and what is the right thing to do, I pray she can come to a place where she is ready for a change. she can blame everyone, but the truth is: ONLY she is to blame and I know it must be incredibly hard Alexandra, because I'm sure addiction controls YOU, but there are ways out, you just need to allow them. go on make that first step. Alex has baby after baby to punish her mum because she knows it will worry her and its a very dangerous way to get her attention. She is so desperate to feel love from her mum she doesn't know any other way. She has a real sibling rivalry with Katherine.

The whole Dr. Phil family is a joke.

Alex is a spoiled brat. Her mother is a psycho bitch. The other daughter is a liar and a druggie & alcoholic.

Both of Alex's kids would be better off elsewhere -- the whole family is REALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL and being involved with Dr. Phil for six years doesn't seem to have helped at all. In fact, if anything they seem to be worse! BLECK!!

@MeltnButta, and now that Alex is pregnant again, only those children are going to suffer. I noticed that this is another "typical" family were there is no father.

Their mother made a mistake staying with him in an unhappy marriage...now you can see how the 2 sisters play the parents off of each other, like parents threaten one another.

Really sad; a good eye-opener to see the long term consequences.

This girl is spoiled and demands control of her mother only because she gets it. Her mother does everything for her

and picks up all the garbage she drops so she can be in control. Let go and let her grow up so she can pick up her own pieces. Instead her mom makes it possible for her to go on to the next piece. She regresses in age while her boyfriends, husbands, go on and will grow up.

Alexandra is in a pattern of promiscuity and mom is there to pick up the pieces of that behavior.
