yeah is a cheat but is possible to reach this speed without cheats.But is more fun with cheat.Without cheat i would need to stop and change transsmision and video would become boring.

fraps si editat cu Ulead Videostudio 12 Ultimate.da merge numai pe jocurile mai vechi caci cand il activezi iti cade cam cu 30 fps.da nu mai e mult si-mi bag quad si inregistrez si gta 4(asta debea imi merge dapai sa-i mai bag si fraps)

maybe with automatic transsmission but even with automatic I got 452.I used manual transsmission to get 509.And tune your engine for horse power,transsmission for top speed,supercharger for high rpm and lower height and you will got 522 without cheats!I got 522 without cheats so is possible!
