Thanks for posting this I tried this apart from adjusted the weight of vegetables and stock, and didn't use chestnuts and it turned out to die for. I used 500g leeks, 5 rashers of bacon, dried thyme, little bit more butter, and 1 litre of chicken stock with turkey. It seriously looked horrid, but the flavour was amazing. All the best mate for 2012
