I don't know what the big deal! It's normal for a Dacia Logan to cold-start normally. If it were -27 and it was diesel, then it would be interesting.

But my 3 weeks after I started the car, and -15 through -20 degrees Celsius was cold.

proneste si dci-ul la -15 grade fara probleme deci nu vad ce e asa interesant :)

You must to wait untill all lights are turned off and then start the engine.
