Thanks for the comment! The After Effects plugin reneders the colors like that. I'll have to figure out a way to do the switch.
I've got four pair of the cardboard red and blues and they see it correctly.

It's the 3D Glasses effect that comes standard with AE. You have to have two offset images or precomps to make it work.

Good looking test, but the colors should be switched for the red lens to be over the left eye. It's not just pickiness, it's standard, especially for those who have the plastic frames eyewear.
